How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
As needed or every 4-6 months
Do you take Credit Cards?
I can take cash or check at this time.
Do you clean furniture and cars?
Yes I can clean both furniture and car upholstery.
Do you charge additional for halls or steps?
If the hall is less than 10″ or steps are less than 10 I will combine them. If larger than 10′ or 10 steps it’s an additional $10
Can you take out stains?
While I do have good solutions for stain removal not all stains can be removed from carpet. I will do my best to help you.
How much do you charge per room?
I charge $20 per room with a 2 room minimum. Large family or living rooms may count as 2 rooms.
What do I need to do before you get here?
Pick up everything and vacuum every room to be cleaned.
Do you move furniture?
I will move your living room furniture, sofa, loveseat, chairs & end tables. Large items like beds, dressers, electronics, glass or any antiques I will help move with the customers assistance.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
It takes 40-60 minutes to clean 5 rooms of carpet. Heavily soiled carpets will take longer.
How long will it take my carpets to dry?
Approximately 4-6 hours and even less time with fans on.
Can I walk on the cleaned carpet?
Yes but please limit your traffic for best results. Your feet can become slippery so take caution when in a freshly cleaned room.
Do I need to be home, will you call ahead?
I will call ahead and prefer you to be there but you can leave payment with someone to meet me there. I will call 30 minutes ahead.
